The Founder

Ancestral Remembrance

Tolewa O. Oyewole is a traditional midwife, herbalist, educator, and visionary whose work is grounded in ancestral legacy, shaped by land-based traditions, a deep reverence for cultural memory, and the knowing that healing is not something new to be invented, but something ancient to be remembered.

Grounded in the wisdom of her lineage, including her formation within the traditions of Oyotunji African Village, Tolewa's practice weaves plant medicine, homeopathy, birth work, and spiritual care into one living ecosystem.

As co-founder of Mamatoto Childbirth Alliance and founder of Earth's Healing, she has spent over two decades building bridges between ancestral knowledge and the families who need it most.
